Order Placement and Delivery Terms
1. Order Placement Conditions
- Orders can be placed either in advance or for the same day;
- The minimum time from order confirmation to delivery is 2–3 hours, as bouquet preparation and delivery require sufficient time;
- You may specify your preferred delivery time window;
- For same day delivery, orders must be placed no later than 22:00;
- Delivery is available within Tbilisi or its surroundings (Tskneti, Kojori). Therefore, the delivery address must be within city limits. Delivery outside Tbilisi can be arranged upon agreement with the manager. So in this case, please contact us in advance for additional information.
- You may also choose in store pickup. The shop is located at #2 Kekelidze Street and operates daily from 11:00 to 02:00. For orders or additional information outside working hours, please contact us.
2. Accuracy of Order Information
- Please ensure that all contact details and the delivery address are filled in accurately when placing your order;
- In case of incomplete or inaccurate information, we will contact the customer at the provided phone number to clarify the details.
- If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will send a follow up message via email;
- If necessary, we may contact the recipient to clarify the address. We will inform them that a gift is being delivered in their name, while keeping all order details confidential;
- If the recipient is not present at the address or the address has changed, redelivery will be carried out only upon payment of an additional delivery fee and within a newly agreed time frame;
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or the recipient’s unavailability, the order will be returned to the shop at #2 Kekelidze Street. The order can be picked up within 24 hours, after which the company reserves the right to cancel the order or decline responsibility for storing the product.
3. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If an order was placed by mistake or you decide to cancel it, cancellation and refund are possible only if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched for delivery. In such cases, the refund will be processed to the specified account by the last business day of the current month;
- Approximately 75%–80% of the paid amount is refundable. The remaining portion covers mandatory costs, including government tax (18%) and banking/payment system fees (approximately 2.5%–5%, depending on the card and country).
4. Privacy Policy
- The company does not disclose the recipient’s location to third parties;
- In the case of anonymous orders, the recipient will not receive any information about the sender’s identity, contact details, or other personal data.
5. Changes and Custom Arrangements
- Please note that the bouquet shown in photos may not be replicated exactly, as each composition is individually created by a florist;
- Every bouquet is unique only the overall style, size, and composition are maintained;
- Depending on seasonality and flower availability, certain elements may be replaced with alternative flowers. Any such changes will always be agreed upon with the customer and carried out with their preferences in mind;
